Shipping policy

1. Shipping area
We currently only ship within to the UK.

2. Shipping costs
Everything is shipped for free.

3. Shipping methods
We work together with reliable courier services. The choice of courier may vary depending on the product and location.

4. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends are processed on the next working day.

5. Delivery time
Estimated delivery time is 5-14 working days after processing. Please note that delays may occur during peak periods (such as holidays) or due to external circumstances.

6. Non-deliverable or incorrect addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for delays or lost parcels due to incorrectly provided address details.

7. Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel is damaged or not delivered, please contact us at info@olyanas.com within 5 working days of expected delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Refunds or replacements will only be made upon completion of the investigation and confirmation of loss/damage.

8. Return policy
Please refer to our return policy for more information on returning products. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer, unless it is an error on our part (e.g. wrong or defective product).
